ABOUT ALFIE

I’m Originated from South America where Families are pretty close, and Sundays are often reserved for the family asado (barbecue) due to the great weather all  year round.

Want to know why Chilling & Grilling?
The answer is pretty simple... I love to cook for friends and family – I’m a total foodie and all-round caveman. Good food makes people happy and helps create wonderful memories.

I
have created this food blog for ASH BBQ & GRILL to help you make wonderful “al fresco” chilling and grilling recipes.

Thank you!
I am very excited to share a recipe for the grill today! Every since we got our first ASH BBQ & GRILL a year ago we have loved using it! It never ceases to amaze me how much better food tastes when it’s grilled on it. I haven’t had many pork chops in my life but I’ve never been too impressed with them. That is until last week when we marinated them and grilled them. This recipe is fantastic! And it’s so easy.
A -Chilling & Grilling- simple and flavorful marinade for the most tender and delicious
Marinated Grilled Pork Chops you’ll ever have!
The marinade comes together quickly.  It’s basically a mixture of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, a touch of brown sugar, garlic and other spices.
Let the pork chops marinade for a few hours, then grill it and you are ready for a delicious dinner!  These were so tender, juicy and packed full of flavor! My kids loved it too which is always and awesome thing.

Enjoy!
